Paradox as a Means of Moving Forward

Or, Living from a Space of Love in the Midst of Chaos and Challenge

Tonight on my Intuitively Speaking radio show we discussed how intuition can help you identify and resolve paradoxes. A paradox is a situation or experience that seems to have two things that are true at the same time that are in opposition to each other.

Here are the 4 Questions to Capitalize on Paradox:

  1. What is a paradox are you dealing with right now?
  2. What ways can you use the creative tension of the situation to help you access your intuition?
  3. How can your intuition help you work through a paradox?
  4. What intuitively inspired action step can you and are you willing to take?

How did this affect your experience and resolution or acceptance of your paradox? Please share it here.

An Intuitive Story: “Call Me”

Here’s a story that a client sent me. It is a good example of how important it is to pay attention to the messages you receive. In this case the message came through a dream. Since dreams are non-linear they can often inform us of what is coming, as you will see in the following story. Continue reading

The Journey Within

Awareness , Intuition

Tonight on my Intuitively Speaking radio show we had a great conversation about listening to our inner voices and the six kinds of intuition.  Part of my definition of intuition is an alignment of mind, body, and spirit. Please reflect on the following 4 Questions and also journal the answers to get the most out of them for yourself.

These are actually key decision questions and sometimes require multiple passes to get to the correct information. Think back to a time when you made an important decision that turned out extremely well. Use that experience to help you answer these questions.

Start by revisiting what led up to the decision.

  1. What was important about making the decision you made?
  2. What did you feel, say, see that triggered you into – the shift – that signaled your change in understanding?
  3. What were the sensations? Describe them in detail. If you can, relive the experience to gather the body-mind-spirit alignment that occurred.
  4. With this new information, how can you make better decisions and what needs to signal that you have made the proper decision?

Remember: Intuition helps you be at the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing with the right people. How do you know you have made the right decision?

Learning Styles, Multiple Intelligences, and Intuition

Intuition , Multiple Intelligences

Learning Preferences and Multiple Intelligences are the avenues by which we learn or process our world; they are like a ‘software’ that helps us use our skills and abilities. I define Intuition as being able to pay attention and understand your inner cues and clues, which are responses to your environment.

Bruce H. Lipton, in his book The Biology of Belief, provides evidence that we are continually responding to our environment. Continue reading
