Alone or lonely? Finding your personal balance

Tonight on my radio show, Intuitively Speaking, we explored the states of being alone versus feeling lonely. Here are the 4 Questions that can help you identify and clarify for yourself how much alone time you need:

  1. What is the difference between being lonely and being alone?
  2. When do you feel lonely? When do you like being alone for the sake of being alone?
  3. What does this say about your need for interactions with others and when you need time for yourself?
  4. What are healthy, good quality actions you can take that fulfill your personal needs for being with others and / or being alone?

I suggest journaling about this. How do you find the correct balance for yourself?
